About This Mod
This is a map of the United Kingdom.
I have tried to place the distribution of raw materials and key industries where in fact these raw materials and industries also existed.
As there is no economic development in the Transport Fever 2 (i.e., in the modern times there are not added completely new industries where obsolete ones are disappearing), we have to live with the fact that around 1850 there were raw materials that did not belong there at the time (oil, plastic industry) and vice versa, coal and steel in the 21st century still have the same importance as in the 19th century, which is not the case.
And other industries that were very important and shaping the UK in the 19th century, such as textiles, do not feature at all in Transport Fever 2.
There are 3 "oil platforms in the North Sea" on the map. However, they only need to be connected to the network since 1970, because they really do not fit into the previous time. In fact, the oil that is produced there is transported through pipelines. Of course, in Transport Fever 2 it is impossible, you will have to carry oil by ship.
The size of the map is "megalomania" and includes 51 cities. Three cities are located in France and represent trade and tourism with the continent.
Dublin epitomizes this for Ireland, and, with Belfast, there is still a Northern Irish town belonging to the United Kingdom.
London is represented by the two cities of London and Croydon.
