About This Mod
In this Rome 2 entry, there are almost all the conditions for a complete victory:
Military victory is simply to use all of your ships. Because you have everything in your hands, except the ships (about 5 moves).
The economic victory is simply a tax increase. After all, you have everything except 90,000 income (about 1 turn)
Cultural victory - enough to build the Colosseum in Rome. Since you have everything except the Colosseum (8 moves)..
