About This Mod
The mod is a bit complicated in installing the other two mods
Bootstrap and Shared import : I took the liberty to include files in zip files. So you don't have to download them from anywhere else, and the link you had to write has already been written.
1 : Place modBootstrap, modRandomEncounters and modSharedImports in the mods folder...
Note : (You do not need to install these files if you have already installed them because they will conflict)
2: put DLCBootstrap and DLCRandomEncounters in the dlc folder. they are in the same folder as DLC 1-16, Heart of Stone (ep1) and Bloodwine (bob).
3 : Locate your input files and under [Exploration] and [Horse], place the following strings ; IK_9=(Action=RefreshRESettings) AND IK_0=(Action=RandomEncounter)
4 : Copy the randomEncounters.xml file to modRandomEncounters\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc ..... And paste it into your bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc\ File...
it should appear with other Xml files.
5 Change your Random mods settings in your game as you like, then press 9 to save.
6 And if you're too impatient to play the game or find these meetings, press 0.
