I give Philippe a more practical look, based in part on the book's descriptions and my personal interpretation. I wanted to create an outfit for her that would match her being on the run from an incessant witch hunt while remaining elegant. I also used her "crimson lipstick" from books.
(It's only my version of Philippa, and yours can be completely different, and that's perfectly normal!)
