A new game. Plus Plus.

Allows you to start a New Game + by saving a New Game +.

You can also start a New Game + by using the Save New Game ++, i.e. by stacking New Games +. Thanks to Enpror for confirming :)

(The NGPPStandardInit console command may not work for this purpose, but NGPPCustomInit and NGPPCustomInitResetDiagrams must.)

It may also:

- raise the player's limit

- scale enemies/craft schemes/quests (suggested levels)/new gear

- disable equipment level requirement

- raise your level of equipment with the player

- add a damage limiter

- add damage limiter

- increase the funds of traders.

New Game Plus Plus Lite is a lightweight version that supports only New Game + stacking.

How to install?

1. Extract the downloaded .zip file to [Witcher 3 main folder].

2. For Next Gen only (NGPP 5.00+): For the fashion menu, insert

  modnewgameplusplus.xml;

  end

  [Witcher 3 home folder]\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc\dx11filelist.txt (or dx12filelist.txt,

  depending on which version of the game you are using).

If you use multiple mods, you will most likely need to combine them using Script Merger.

How to delete?

1. Remove modnewgameplusplus.xml from the [Witcher 3 main folder]\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc.

2. Remove modNewGamePlusPlus (or modNewGamePlusLite) from the [Witcher 3 home folder]\mods.

How to use?

IMPORTANT: If you want to get a level above 100, you must also set the Level 100 Plus (Next Gen) or Level 100 plus - No quest item and treasure fix (pre Next Gen, thanks Alexthegr81 for the hint) fix for looting to work properly. Some quests, including the main ones, will break without him.

Alternatively, you can simply leave the level in the menu unchanged at 100.

Step-by-step guide:

1. Load an existing NG+ save.

2. Open the console by clicking '~' and type or copy/paste one of the NGPPCustomInit or NGPPCustomInitResetDiagrams or NGPPStandardInit commands. The game's gonna freeze, that's okay.

3. Save to an empty slot - do not overwrite existing saves!

4. Go to the main menu.

5. Start a new game + and choose a new save.

If you do not have console mode installed, add DBGConsoleOn=true to the [General] section of the general.ini file in the [Witcher 3 main folder]\bin\config\base.

Console commands:

NGPPCustomInit

Starts a custom initialization that removes only inventory items that automatically trigger quests when saved.

Use NGPPCustomInitResetDiagrams instead if you want to complete treasure/chart quests.
