About This Mod

Gwent is great, but sometimes it just doesn't have time. You may have a very important quest or you may be playing the game for the 10th time and you don't want to play every Gwent game, but you want to collect all the cards to complete Gwent related quests.


With this mod you can use Axii to win when you don't have time by pressing "N" during Gwent. Note that you must start playing Gwent, as pressing "N" while the deck is on will not work. And of course, you don't actually use Axii, you just fit it into the plot.


Considering all the above, if you don't have a very good reason, you should always find time for Gwent :)


Installation


Step 1:


Download the archive and extract its contents to the 'mods' folder of the Witcher 3 game. If the 'mods' folder does not exist, create it.


Step 2:


Navigate to the Witcher 3 folder in the Documents folder (My Documents) and open the input.settings file using a text editor such as Notepad. Just below the string containing the text [EMPTY_CONTEXT], add this string: IK_N=(Action=NoTimeForGwent). This should eventually appear in your input.settings file:


[EMPTY_CONTEXT]

IK_N=(Action=NoTimeForGwent)


Optional if you are using a controller:


If you are using a controller, you must also add the controller key code to the file. For example, if you want to use the right thumb stick, you should add IK_Pad_RightThumb=(Action=NoTimeForGwent) to [EMPTY_CONTEXT]. This should end up in your input.settings file:


[EMPTY_CONTEXT]

IK_N=(Action=NoTimeForGwent)

IK_Pad_RightThumb=(Action=NoTimeForGwent)
