About This Mod
Geralt is a witch, not a witch hunter. The award armor of Joana's witch hunter I consider the CDPR's major design mistake simply implausible.
After all, witch hunters are more of his enemies, as well as his "friends" and at least a few lovers. This reward was to be finally fixed in my current x-tiest run, right before the end of the quest.
Why Thyssen's armor? She's very good with the quest and its stats. The statues are not too far from a witch-hunt reward, and include features such as high poison resistance and resistance to Kven's projectiles. Just look at what happens during the quest, what Joan tells, and on what base she created the award armor for Geralt.
In the end, for me, it first of all corrects the "design error". I thought I could share this with those who, too, end up not very happy with the witch hunter's reward armor. So, here you go.
Installation:
a. Unzip the file to a location that's convenient for you.
b. Place the "modReward..." modfile in the mods folder (check the "File Information" below).
Uninstall:
a. Uninstall and remove the mod file.
b. Rerun the merger script if it was previously used with this mode (see File Information below).
