Skin tone customizer

To install:

Create the LogicMods directory in Polaris\Content\Paks if it does not already exist.

Then set 3 files (UTOC/UCAS/PAK) for each character whose skinton you want to change, corresponding to the character and the skinton variant you want.

Alternatively, if you want all men (except Leo, Kuma, Panda, Yoshimitsu, Jack) to use the same coloring, you can simply install the chunk870_all_men UTOC/UCAS/PAK file for the coloring you want.

Similarly, if you want all the women and Leo to use the same coloring, you can simply install chunk850_all_women UTOC/UCAS/PAK for the coloring you want.
