About This Mod
Expanding the governor's level adds two new skill systems to each governor: Governor's Strategies and Advanced Strategies.
The governor's strategies and advanced strategies reflect the governor's preferences. Depending on their preferences, the number and effectiveness of certain tasks changes. When governors reach skill levels 3 and 8, their Strategies and Complementary Strategies improve, further enhancing the effectiveness of their bonuses.
