This simple mod adds +1 to the outpost limit at each level of the command center.
Tier 1 - 3 outposts
Tier 2 - 4 outposts
Tier 3 - 5 outposts
The Network Signal Amplifier and the character with the Hack skill will increase the maximum number of outposts to 8.
