About This Mod
A new floor was added, divided into two rooms with a balcony leading to the living room. The staircase is next to the elevator and is easily accessible (there was also an attempt to add a basement, but the location of the Sky Suite made this impossible).
New decorative blocks were installed near the door so that the balcony could be expanded. This will allow you to use the balcony as a small garden or something similar. Plants can be hung from the roof at the end of the parapet.
