If you go through the original CH storyline, you will encounter two uncritical errors while you go through.
The first bug is in the dump:
Waxian is constantly deadlocked and you can't talk to him even if you shoot all the dogs.
Solution: Kill him and find his corpse, at which point a voice clip will sound saying that Fang has gone to the Dark Valley, get the quest and continue.
