Balanced grenades for NPCs
About This Mod
Regulates the use of NPC grenades in combat depending on rank.
This mode increases the time between using NPC grenades. The adjustments depend on the rank of the NPC, with the higher-ranking NPC having a slightly higher chance of using grenades than the lower-ranking NPC.
This often results in higher ranks using at least 1-2 grenades per battle depending on its duration, and in some battles, especially with a lower rank NPC, you will not see any grenades at all.
Optional version if you want to see even fewer grenades.
There are two configuration options:
Reduced Grenade Usage:
The delay for low rank NPCs increases within 40-90 seconds, while the delay for higher ranks remains below 30-60. The internal CD is 25 sec.
(Optional) Significantly reduced consumption of grenades:
The delay for low-rank NPCs is further reduced within 60-110 seconds, while the delay for higher ranks remains at 50-70. The internal CD is 25 s.
Compatibility
Must work with any other mod. If it changes the file below, it must be either merged or loaded after.
This mode only changes
CombatSynchronization.cfg
which makes it compatible with other mods that customize grenade damage or their effects.
Update
In the future, I will use the Herbata bootloader to make it fully compatible, as well as change the probability of using NPC grenades and the frequency of their use without interfering with the work of other mods.
I recommend using Axxii's Better Grenades with this mod.
Installation instructions
Unpack .7z Content
and select ONE of the following .paks
files:

Place one of the selected .pak files
to the appropriate directory:
