About This Mod
Occasionally, npc can get stuck in a bleeding state when it is fully healthy. They will bleed until you release the game.
You can't talk to most people. Healing is useless for them because they have excellent health.
This regimen can get them out of the bleeding state if they have enough health by activating it.
You can also talk to them if you don't have enough health to stop the bleeding.
No conflict.
