About This Mod

  "How is it possible that a few outlaws can capture and hold a fort? Why are most of them inside, and the walls are patrolled by only 4-5 bandits?

 Now these oddities have been corrected. More thugs, more immersion in the game, more trials and more, more. No scripting.

 This mod completes my "Population" trilogy. Enjoy!"


  PFTP adds more thugs, forswarns, warlocks, necromancers, skeletons, and talmoras to Skyrim forts, towers, and some locations that are initially too empty. This is done for more immersion, logic and challenge, according to history. It is now very difficult for a single character (even a Dragonborn) to conquer the fort alone, especially if you use (as suggested) combat modes (e.g. Borgut1337's "Deadly Combat", LogRaam's "Duel") in conjunction with AI/enemy fighting styles (e.g. Erkeil's "Enhanced Enemy AI", Joop's "Better Combat AI").

 PFTP aims to give you more challenges, so you will have to use "strategy" and all your skills to break into an enemy fortress.

 Please note that if you started the "Civil War" quest, most of the forts will be occupied by soldiers!

 

New game requires uninstallation!




 2) COMPATIBILITY

   

  PFTP must be compatible with anything. For security, download PFTP as the first mode in the boot order!

 PFTP was created using vanilla level settings, so if a mod (also great overheads like Requiem, ERSO, SkyRe, etc.) changes vanilla NPC level (i.e. gives them appropriate or new perks), my bandits inherit these properties. So everything should be all right.



 3) INSTALLATION

  PFTP is just .esp (with meshes and textures for new NPC faces). So you can install and uninstall it without any problems. It doesn't use scripts!

 You can put PFTP anywhere in your download order because this mod does not affect vanilla Skyrim, but I recommend you download it at the top of your download order.

 You can install PFTP using installers such as NMM (Nexus Mod Manager), Mod Organizer and so on.
