Enough of this nonsense! This simple update removes prohibited jobs from each Specialist role. Professionals will no longer have to hate other occupations just because they are good at them. This requires the Ideology add-on. You can add or remove it while you're playing. Feel free to contact support about specific mods.
(The game's description of the role states that they still refuse to perform other tasks. Ignore it.)
Do they refuse to cook because they are good at melee weapons? I see.
