STAY VANILLA - Overhaul of horses
About This Mod
The name already speaks for itself, it is essentially a fashion "vanilla horses, improved".
No more sharing of textures between 5 or more horses, because 70 new textures were created.
So now each horse will have its own unique look and signs!
All the horse models were completely changed or slightly modified, as I was not completely satisfied with the vanilla models.
All this was done with the original vanilla stroke preserved as much as possible.
Why is Vanilla better?
This fashion not only improves vanilla horses with new cloaks and models, but also adds a couple of cool things.
1. Eyes
In fact, Stay Vanilla adds new eye colors. You read it correctly, adds.
The red-eyed and blue-eyed horses will remain, but watch your curls so that they don't have eyes of a different color!
2. Voices of Draft Horses
I also changed the voices of all the draft horses to sound much deeper (like the Ardennes).
because i thought a big beast like a shirthorse or a belgian horse should sound more, uh, intimidating.
3. Wool names
The names of some horses' wool have also been changed, mainly to make them more precise: for example, in the vanilla version we have the mustang Grullo Dun (Grullo is a type of dun, so to speak Grullo Dun is superfluous) which has become simply "Grullo" in Stay Vanilla.
Feel free to correct me if something is wrong with names or,
if you need to change more coat titles, leave a comment and i will fix it in the next update!
I admit I don't know much about horses, but I'm well informed enough to know that all the names I've changed are pretty accurate.
4. Horse statistics
Last but not least, horse statistics were changed because I wanted each breed to be more unique, even in statistics
(the statistics have been mostly modified to match the actual horse characteristics, such as the speed for the american paint,
some others are to my personal taste).
