About This Mod
This October mode adds events inspired by the "you have a day" challenge. The zombies will move away from the player and after a while gather a large crowd to track down the player. The event consists of 3 stages:
The period of decommunization is the time between events. The game works well, and zombies work as usual.
The period of "calm" is a transitional stage. The zombies will appear more mobile and run away from the player. Cities and towns seem deserted.
Storm Era - Zombies 1 return with a huge crowd and follow the player persistently. Zombies are always aware of the player's location (this can be disabled in the user's sandbox). When you hear zombies in the wind from a distance, you can see how close they are.
The duration of all 3 stages is fully regulated.
