About This Mod
Installation of ion gun "Krius"
On the planet's surface, the powerful Rassvet ion cannon is a formidable means of destruction designed to engage targets in the air and in space. These weapons allow for the firing of heavy ion projectiles, which cause an explosion on contact, or the loading of a cannon to release a powerful beam of energy. The ion charge effectively burns or melts the affected object, but the environment of the cannon is also negatively affected: flares and rumbles are extremely strong. Shift operators lose their sight and hearing after the third offense. Touching the barrel carries a lethal dose of radiation within 24 hours. Be extremely careful.
TL; DR: green laser-firing cannon.
The cannon offers two firing modes: projectiles and a laser. Use the J key to hover, and the H key to fire. A single shot is performed by a brief H press. Holding H activates the charge that allows the laser beam to be fired. The laser is able to cut attached cables.
I focused my attention on the weapon itself, not on its platform (because the platform itself is a gun). As a result, among all the weapons systems I have built, this one contains the fewest components, which I think is very interesting.
