About This Mod
This mod is a variation of Reduced Effects created by verddsd. Its mod removes all effects when hitting enemies, as well as most environmental effects. I just wanted to ease the game effects and make them visible to the player during combat, especially when hitting ghosts in the air, so that they wouldn't be buried in the trash heap.
All I did was look at every line of the .ini file, open and close them with semicolons, update the game with F10, and repeat until I got the desired result. These results were better than I expected, so I decided to publish them.
Again, I'm not an experienced modeler/coder, so don't ask me for any special services. But if you want to tinker a little more, I left a few instructions in the notepad file that give you a rough idea of what the .ini file contains, so you can turn it on and off with it. verddsd sets and modifies fashion permissions I also left instructions on how to do it.
I've removed one of the items from the dropouts. I thought it looked better than a bunch of brilliant things around.
