About This Mod
This mod adds a settings slider for the player character and one for each NPC in the game (some are probably not voiced, just ignore them). Simply open the Unity Mod Manager interface for this mod and adjust the slider for NPC of your choice.

Note that at this point, it does not affect the cut scenes; I have not yet found a good way to customize them.
Install using Unity Mod Manager.
