About This Mod
The weather is usually set once in the morning and is maintained until you go to bed.
But with this fashion the weather will change throughout the day dynamically.
He proposes:
change the weather according to the current season
change the weather only to one that matches (for example, it will never change from sunny to rainy, but from sunny to cloudy, and then to rainy (possibly))
weather change depends on percentage (so possible)
toggle dynamic weather during festivals
always have sunny weather on the player's birthday (can be toggled in the UMM menu)
With this fashion it is possible:

or it may snow in the fall.

You can activate/deactivate dynamic weather for each season in the UMM menu.
You can change the percentage change in the settings.xml file.
