About This Mod
Save a file that contains a fully assembled but not yet validated Satsuma. The car will pass the inspection, but you have to pass it. No more changes in the save; a completely new start with the finished car.
This is a save for you to start playing with a fully assembled but not yet verified car. He's ready for an inspection, but you have to go through it.
Everything else in the save was zeroed to bring it as close as possible to the new game, while keeping the car in the assembled state.
Notes on the car:
Fully assembled and tuned (carburetor tuned to about 14.7, valve adjusted by 20 down, 7 up method)
All parts except the tires were installed, and no tuning parts were used.

Battery is standard, not purchased in the store.
