Serene Seasons Mod (1.20.4) - Realistic four seasons in Minecraft

The Serene Seasons mod (1.20.4) adds the seasons, including color and temperature changes. The color of the grass and foliage changes throughout the year, the temperature changes in winter, and in biomes, where there is usually no snow, snow falls. Seasons also affect various other characteristics such as the weather (more rain in spring, more storms in summer, etc.).

Maud also works automatically with biomes' mod, changing the color of grass and leaves.

Characteristic.

Spring.

Spring is the first season of the year for temperate biomes, which is divided into three subseasons: early spring, mid-spring, and late spring. By default, each subseason lasts five days (you can change this in the configuration settings).

In spring, the grass and leaves turn bluish green.

Winter snow begins to melt, and the animals come out of hibernation. Spring also receives more rainfall.

Summer.

Summer is the second season of the year for temperate biomes, which is divided into three subseasons: early summer, mid-summer and late summer. By default, each subseason lasts five days (you can change this in the configuration settings).

In summer, the grass and leaves turn yellowish green.

Thunderstorms are also more common in the summer.

Autumn.

Autumn is the third season of the year for temperate biomes. Autumn is divided into three seasons: early, middle and late autumn. Each default subseason lasts five days (can be changed in the configuration settings).

In autumn, the grass becomes yellowish and the leaves orange.

Winter.

Winter is the fourth season of the year for temperate biomes, which is divided into three subseasons: early winter, mid-winter and end of winter. By default, each subseason lasts five days (you can change this in the configuration settings).

In winter, the grass and leaves become lighter.

Temperatures in biomes vary, and snow can fall in biomes where snow is not usually present. The animals hibernate and do not reproduce naturally during the season. There is also more rainfall in the winter.

Crafting Recipes.

It is recommended that you install Just Enough Items (for mods that use Forge) or Roughly Enough Items (for mods that use Fabric) to see all recipes included in this mod.

Glass for the greenhouse.

Greenhouse Glass is a block for the construction of a greenhouse. Greenhouses are not seasonal, and they can grow crops in winter. For crops to survive, the greenhouse’s glass must be some distance from them.

Seasonal sensors

Seasonal sensors are devices that can provide a red stone signal according to the current time of year. Right-clicking on a seasonal sensor changes the time of year detected, and when that season is active, the red stone signal is emitted in four directions.

The strength of the signal depends on where the season is. At the beginning of the season, the signal strength is 1. At the end of the season, the signal strength increases to 15.

Seasonal hours

Seasonal hours are used to show the current point in a season cycle. They function the same as normal watches. Seasonal watches are also used in the recipes of crafts seasonal sensor.
