About This Mod
Villagers can transform into zombies, but not corpses. Why can villagers turn into zombies, and other types, such as corpses or drownings, not? There is no official answer to this question, but there is a solution called "Drowned Villager MOD" that adds drowned residents to Minecraft. There are no dead residents yet, but we can use what is there for now.
How do you sleep a rural drowning man?
The drowned will sleep underwater with a rare 5% chance. The remaining 95% will go to ordinary drowning.
In addition, mobs will appear if the villager dies in the water, that is, drown. Occupations and levels are disappearing, so they are not easy to cure, as is possible with zombie villagers.
Behavior
A new kind of drowning will behave the same way as the usual.
Changes
The only change the build adds is that villagers can drown and turn into unusual mobs. The rules of drowning are slightly adjusted to meet the new norms.
Resident drowners are also gaining their profession - professional divers and monsters who can stay submerged for long periods of time.
Mobs may sleep with a trident in their hand.
They don't like night vagrants.
It's not a good night for a villager.
If the villager will be under the water for a long time, he will start to shake and soon turn into a drowned man.
The mobs glow underwater.
