Steps for modpack creators

The first step in integrating DefaultSettings in a modpack is to save the data that you want to include in the pack.

This can be done using the command "/defaultsettings save" or by clicking on the save button in the GUI (how to open the GUI is described below). After this, the file will be added to the mod's settings folder (for example, .minecraft/mods/defaultsettings).

It is very important to maintain the folder structure, so you may decide to work with the entire "defaultsettings" settings folder at this point. .

Then copy the "defaultsettings" folder into the MODpack config folder, but don't copy all the other config files! Do not copy any other configuration files.

You are now ready to send specific files to the default modpack.
