The ExtraBiomes mod adds a variety of biomes to Minecraft PE: 19 ordinary biomes, 6 underground and even suspended celestial biomes. In addition, 87 new blocks, 31 items and 24 new mobs will be added. The authors have even added ray tracing support, although the add-on can be used without ray tracing.
