About This Mod

Unlike FTB Academy, FTB University 1.12 (1.12.2) is designed to teach the subtleties of mods to those who are just beginning to learn them. This package is designed for those who have already passed the fashion packages of the Academy to understand the lesser known mods and get an idea of the mods that the creators of the fashion packages want to add to their journey.

Features.

FTB University contains more than 1,200 quests containing more than 70,000 words and 6,000 lines of text in 28 chapters. Each main mod has its own chapter and is divided into groups according to categories (Automation, Technology and Magic).

There's very little modding progression at the university, and it's not an expert pack. However, some recipes are behind the quests (e.g. Gendustry for Alveary). There are also recipes for Avaritia and Creative Items.

The mod pack does not include such frequently used mods as Thermal suite or Tinkers' Construct. This is done in order to encourage the use of other mods and machines.

The main mods with missions are: Logistics Pipes , Xnet , Integrated Dynamics , Applied Energistics 2 , Forestry , Extra Utilities 2 , Industrial Crafts 2 , Immersive Engineering , PneumaticCraft: Repressurised , Ender IO , Mechanism v9 , RFTools + Dimensions , Environmental Technology , NuclearCraft: Overhaul (mission to be added in future versions) , Advance Rocket , Botania , Bloodmagic 6 , Thaumcraft , Rats , Demon King Tukai , Deep Mob Learning Genetics Reborn.
