Freecam Mod 1.20.4 - the best camera mod

Freecam Mod is an extremely useful mod that allows you to move the camera outside the player's body, allowing you to see objects outside the body. Mod has many customization options, allowing you to pass control by leaving the camera out of the player, placing blocks behind them and freezing the player. Freecam is also convenient for construction, especially in survival, because it allows you to take a step back and look at its construction.

This mod allows you to control the camera separately from the player. As long as it's on, you can fly and navigate blocks within the rendering distance. Turning off the mode will get you back to your original position. This can be useful for quick inspection of buildings and exploration of the world. This mod works in multiplayer, but on some servers it can be considered cheating, so use it at your own risk.

How to use:

Keyboard shortcuts

Toggle Freecam - Turn Freecam On/Off - Default: F4

Control Player - Gives control back to the player but keeps the current perspective (Can only be used when Freecam is active) - Default: Unbound

Reset Tripod - resets the camera from the tripod* when pressed in conjunction with any of the hotpanel keys - Default: Unbound

The freecam snap can also be used in conjunction with any of the hotpanel keys (F4 + 1...9) to switch to tripod mode. This allows you to install multiple cameras with different angles and switch between them as you wish.

Flight mode is the type of flight used by freecam. - Default: DEFAULT

Interaction mode - source of block/creature interactions. - Default: CAMERA

CAMERA Interactions emanate from the camera

PLAYER Interactions come from the player

Horizontal velocity - horizontal velocity freecam. - Default: 1.0

Vertical Speed - freecam Vertical Speed. - Default: 1.0

No Clip - Whether blocks can be moved in freecam. - Default: true

Freeze Player (Freeze the player) - prevents the player from moving while freecam is running. - Default: false

WARNING: Not recommended in multi-user mode.

Allow Interaction - Whether blocks/objects can be interacted with in freecam. - Default: false

WARNING: Not recommended for multiplayer.

Disable on Damage - Disable freecam when taking damage. - Default: true

Show Player - Shows the player in the original position. - Default: true

Show Hand - whether to show the hand in freecam. - Default: false

Freecam Notifications - Notification when logging in/out of freecam. - Default: true

Tripod Notifications - Notification when entering/exiting the tripod camera. - Default: true
