About This Mod
Aardvark's Weird Zoology Mod (1.20.1) is an incredible fashion for Minecraft that redefines the concept of animal add-ons, allowing you to get into an amazing and bizarre world. Unlike traditional animal mods, which usually focus on decorative creatures, Aardvark's Weird Zoology features more than 60 unique and bizarre creatures from our world, each with its own game mechanics. From diving into the depths of the ocean with squid to discover rare gems, to pollinating plants with a hoverfly fly, or growing kudzu with sulfur, there’s endless exploration and experimentation. This mode is ideal for both standard and skyblocks, offering a new approach to gameplay. Instead of searching for hours for rare biomes, players can dig up fossils to obtain the DNA of entire animals, clone their own specimens, and discover extinct species. In addition, Joyizers is a new mechanic that allows players to turn their love for animals into a valuable resource, encouraging them to create a huge zoo. With extensive JEI support, complete documentation and unique animations for each creature, Aardvark's Weird Zoology promises an exciting journey into the world of Minecraft fauna.
