About This Mod
The extension of Fossil Record (1.21) (formerly called "Manatees Mobs") is a survival-mode-friendly supplement with prehistoric mobs that allows for the extraction of fossils, DNA, and cloning of 53 genera of dinosaurs, pterosaurs, sea lizards, and extinct beasts (all time periods) to erect astounding dinosaur parks or menagerie - taming is unnecessary, fully compatible with the survival mode.
Capabilities:
Cloning Method: Fossil → Spectrometer → DNA + Egg → Dinosaur. Progress in survival; adaptations being created.
Nutrition/Morale: Predators need live food (eliminates player attacks); domestication/malnutrition is not real. The ability to climb depends on the size.
Inhabitants (total 53): Apatosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Mosasaurus, Gallimimus, Triceratops, Compsognathus, Stegosaurus. Other: Allosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Carnotaurus, Giganotosaurus, Spinosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Utahraptor, Velociraptor, Pteranodon, Quetzalcoatl + Extinct Birds/Beasts (Dodo, Thylacine, Chistic). Reinterpreted by textures: Deinonychus and others.
