Installation:
1. Back up 00.dat to the master/0 folder.
2. Unpack 00.dat using QAR Tool. Make sure you have the latest dictionary from https://github.com/emoose/MGSV-QAR-Dictionary-Project/blob/master/dictionary.txt.
3. Copy the contents from the download folder to the newly created folder 00.
4. Add the following lines to the end of the 00.inf file

5. Pack 00.dat with QAR Tool.
