He replaces Venom Snake with Snake Plissken and Jack Burton.
Equip a bandana/endless bandana to play as Jack Burton.
2 - Snake Plissken and Jack Barton (outfit)
Replaces
Normal Fatigs for Snake Plissken outfit
Regular outfit (scarf) for Jack Burton outfit
Ordinary Fatigs (Bare) : Added Snake Plissken tattoo
NS Fatigues (Naked) : Snake Plissken tattoo added

Thanks to Team Naked (TMWSTW) for creating the bare hands fashion used for other outfits.
