About This Mod
No Development Requirements is now disabled by default. You must turn on the mod.
Hold down the dive button (space) or press F3 to open the IH overlay menu.
Scroll down to "Zeta Menu".
Go to Mods Management.
"No Development Requirements" can be found in the categories "Cheats" and "Gameplay", or showing all the fashions.
Description
What it gives you online:
Unlocked all off-line equipment.
Unlocked all online weapons.
Unlocked all online hardware that does not require an event drawing.
Free deployment of all offline equipment and online weapons.
What it gives you offline:
Unlocked all equipment.
Free deployment with all items.
Notes:
Any online gear for which you have unlocked event drawings will also be unlocked online.
For the deployment of online equipment, in addition to weapons, online will have to pay.
To get offline effects, you must start the game without connecting to the Konami server. If you connect, you get online effects. For information on how to start playing offline, see the Troubleshooting section.
There's a known bug that prevents you from going on a FOB mission with online items that you haven't legally developed (with the exception of weapons; they work whether they've been lawfully developed or not). See the Troubleshooting section for details.
