About This Mod
A simple edit that removes/hides the (rather annoying) NPC image/text dialog box that pops up over the aiming reticle every time a conversational dialog occurs.
The DLC2 "NoDialogOrBackGroundHUD" update op-file, which also removes the background UI clutter that PGI seems to like to add to our screens....
