About This Mod
This mod replaces Everyone Loves a Merc. and is part of a larger rebalancing.
The faction position changes have been moved outside the progress function library, so the mod must be compatible with market mods that change this.
Fashions like high employment won't work because they change TOIClusterLogic, but that fashion can still do it.
Added logic compatible with all YetAnother mods.
If you use YAW and YAWC, make sure that this mod cancels them.
