About This Mod
EGM:LE (Expanded Galaxy Mod: Legendary Edition) is a mod that enhances and expands the gameplay of Mass Effect 3 Legendary Edition. Maude recovers and adds various weapons, controls the order of receiving missions during the game, improves Normandy, recruits additional personnel for the ship, summons on missions comrades from previous units, etc. Most of the features of this mod have just been migrated to Legendary Edition, so the functionality will be expanded in the future.
You can find the translation of this mod on this page. Unfortunately, this translation does not affect the EGM settings menu that opens after installation - only the text displayed in the game is translated into this mode. If we find a way to translate and menu settings, we will definitely release the update! We will also check if the new updates to the original mod affect the game's text files, and update the translation if we find any changes. The version number of this translation corresponds to the version of the original mod (indexed in case I make any changes while the update of the original mod comes out).
Installation.
To install mod translation, you need to follow these simple steps
Install EGM. :D
Click the Files tab on this page and download the Translation Archive.
Unzip the downloaded file. In the archive you will find a file called DLC_MOD_EGM_RUS.tlk.
Open the EGM mods folder by opening Mod Manager, right-clicking EGM in the mods list on the left, and selecting "Open mods folder".
In the folder that opens, open DLC_MOD_EGM -> CookedPCConsole.
Drag and drop translation files from the archive into this folder. Specify whether the computer should replace the files in the destination folder.
Done!
If for some reason translations are not applied after performing these steps, reinstall EGM from the mod manager (you don't need to download it twice - it's already installed)! Just click on the "Apply mod" button in the manager! ), the necessary files will be imported into the game.
If you downloaded the update from the site, updated the original mod, and the translation "fell off" (all the content of the mod returned to the English language), repeat the entire process of installing the translation files.
