About This Mod
This mod changes the way assets are loaded in the very first part of the game (from the opening scene to the departure from Minutemen). This means that some NPCs will be loaded from their own unique files, which will improve interoperability between mods and reduce the need for patches.
Installing this mod by itself will not lead to any visible differences. It's a foundation that other mod developers can use as a baseline to get their mods to work together. These mods will mark this framework as needed.
This mod works just like the streaming framework in the LE3 Community Patch patch, although it is more targeted.

Installation and Compatibility
Import the .7z file into ME3Tweaks Mod Manager. Apply mod to the game.
This mod requires the unofficial LE2 Patch patch, version 0.9.5.2 or later. You must install it first.
