About This Mod
Rising Storm I: Storm attacks and heroic actions have a 50% chance of being stun, compared to 10%.
Rising Storm II: Storm's attacks and heroic actions have a 50% chance of being stunned, compared to 10%. The chance of Stunning is increased by 10% with each Storm card in hand, compared to 5%.

PROBLEMS:
Installing this mode when you have already unlocked Passivka Storm "Rising Storm" will not change its textual description. You'll still see, however, that she has a 50% base chance to stun with her attacks and heroics.

INSTALLATION:
Extract pakchunk999-BelinnStormRisingStormBuffed_P.zip and place the .pak file in Steam\steamapps\common\Marvel's Midnight Suns\MidnightSuns\Content\Paks
To uninstall, remove pakchunk999-BelinnStormRisingStormBuffed_P.pak from the same folder.
