I wanted to make all the rooms available for quick movement, especially the courtyard and the library, but it only worked in the forge and the war room.

INSTALLATION:
Extract pakchunk999-BelinnMoreAbbeyFastTravelLocations_P.zip and place the .pak file in Steam\steamapps\common\Marvel's Midnight Suns\MidnightSuns\Content\Paks
To uninstall, remove pakchunk999-BelinnMoreAbbeyFastTravelLocations_P.pak from the same folder.
