About This Mod
Coat of arms of East Karelia, designed by Axeli Gallen-Kallela in 1920. The coat of arms was adopted by the Karelian government in exile in Finland on 10.12.1920. In the Soviet Union, the symbol was banned in the Karelian labor commune. Various Karelian liberation movements since 1921 have used the heraldry and color scheme of this coat of arms.
The coat of arms is not from the period of the game, but is executed in a "medieval manner" and is the first coat of arms widely used by the inhabitants of the region themselves.
