Why this particular mod. Are there other mods that do the same?

Yes, there is another mod that does something very similar, but there are a few issues with the stability of the functionality of the game MoreCompany had in mind the stability and polishing when developing.

During the eight-player lobby test, neither I nor the other players in the lobby experienced any problems. Many game conditions have been tested, but untested conditions may result in a crash or soft interlock. If you encounter such problems, please report them to the Discord server located at the bottom of this page.

This mod is not associated with BiggerLobby/LethalPlayers and does not use the code of this mod. This mod is also not related to BiggerLobby/LethalPlayers.

Installation

- Install BepinEx.

- Place BepInEx/plugins/MoreCompany.dll in the BepInEx/plugins folder.

- Make sure that everyone in the game has set this mod.

Minor features.

The Garbage Collection Results screen has been changed for 8 players and displays the status of missing/dead/alive respectively.

The viewer screen will display correctly when 4 or more players are dead (they will not move beyond the screen).

The Voice of the Player section in the quick menu now supports four or more players and has a scrollable user interface.
