General work
About This Mod
General improvements.
Everything is mostly customizable, and some things in the game have been improved.
Please check your configuration settings or wiki. Most enhancements are disabled by default to ensure maximum compatibility with other mods, but there are a few QoL features that you won't want to skip.
General improvements.
Newly acquired items are placed in the Quick Access Toolbar in left/right order. You can turn it off in Settings.
Reposition Quick Access Toolbar items on release. You can turn it off in Settings.
Two-handed items are always placed in slot 1. You can turn it off in Settings.
Reduce inventory slot scroll time. Configured.
Reduce the time it takes to place an item on a company rack.
Reduces the time it takes to start typing when a terminal is started.
Skips the "boot" menu animation when the game starts. Can be disabled in Settings.
All items can now be picked up before the game starts.
The teleport return navigation hint has been replaced with teleport for visual purposes.
The ship's direction on board has been changed so that the ship begins to move, attached to the wall. So it's easier to find, and it doesn't interfere with the teleportation button.
Added a degree setting option and a custom key binding for modifier keys to bind rotation of ship objects that can be placed in assembly mode.
Added the ability to rotate the ship map camera in any cardinal direction instead of south-west corner.
The ESC key can now be used to cancel the ship construction mode.
Added customization to hide clipboard and sticky notes.
Changed the lifetime of the teleport in the reverse direction to normal (10 seconds). Both of these action times can be configured.
A small monitor above the card screen now shares the power state of the card screen. It can be turned off in Settings.
The maximum number of items that can be saved on the ship has been increased from 45 to 999 (affects saving and downloading game files).
Added an option to display a small cross-hair in HUD UI.
Added ability to hide alt-text of scan node if it does not contain scrap value or description.
Added an option to the scan tool.
[Host Must Have Mod] Added on/off feature while keeping fancy lamp.
Lock the camera in the terminal so it doesn't move when you're trying to move it. This feature can be disabled in Settings.
Fixed an error where the client did not know the number of days spent or the total number of deaths when entering the slow quota/day, if both the host and the client have this mode.
Players can now look lower (60 degrees instead of 85). This can be turned off in Settings.
Improved randomness of cans color so that they save their color on different clients and when saving restarts.
Items are kept rotating so that when you save a game, not all items are pointing in the same direction.
Unabsorbed items will no longer show the "grab" cursor.
New features include:
14 configurable monitors integrated into the screen (instead of the standard eight). You can choose which objects to place on the monitors, including ship cameras and background color.
Customizable monitors include weather, sales, time, credits, gate strength, ship cameras, total days, total quota and remaining scrap metal. Process work can be enabled separately in the configuration.
If this is specified in the configuration, the game automatically selects ONLINE or LAN at startup.
Use the up and down arrow keys on the terminal to scroll through previous (n) commands. (n) can be configured in the range 0-100.
Use the left/right arrow keys on the terminal, looking at the radar, to quickly scroll through the available targets.
[Host Only] Now it is possible to set the starting fund for each player and determine the minimum amount of credit in the range from 1 (disabled/default) to 1000.
[Masters only] Added a feature to prevent lightning from entering vehicles. Some people think it's a bit of a hoax, so it's recommended that you turn it off. If a player on the host/server has this option enabled, it will be applied to all clients.
Added a feature of displaying the total number of loots on the current ship as text under the "Due Date" monitor.
[Host Required] You can now transfer excess credits to the next quota. If the client does not have this option enabled, only visual desynchronosis will occur.
Added the ability to add a small medical station on top of the ship's charging station.
Added a feature of using keys from inventory slots, the ability to prevent key drops when used, and the ability to destroy keys in orbit.
Added a feature to hide the player name.
Added option to get retained items or all items when using the conveyor.
Added option to scan ships that drop items.
Added a feature of disabling overtime bonus.
Added option to remove ship's locker doors.
Added option to display monthly cost next to the terminal name.
Added a 24-hour clock and the ability to convert pounds to kilograms.
Added ability to always show an hour when landing on the moon.
Added a feature to disable colliders on deployable objects of the ship so that they can intersect.
Allows the host player to keep everyone's last outfit.
The owner can now save the furniture location (for each save file).
Added an option to display hidden months in the terminal months directory. By default, the value is set to "After investigation".
Now it is possible to scan other players. It also works for masks named after a player who accidentally connects.
Added an option to allow entities in masks to mix more. In other words, they will wear the casual clothes of the real player (and MoreCompany cosmetics if needed), not a mask.
Added ability to adjust music volume in menu.
Added settings for chat attenuation delay and opacity.
Minor bugs fixed:
All non-breaking items no longer show value if they are not owned (scanned and sold).
Removed the random "n" in the left center of the terminal monitor when changing the radar camera.
The turn of the fire entrance was changed to 180 degrees, so that it now faces inside at the entrance to the room.
When teleported back to the ship, the corpse is now displayed as immediately found.
The terminal scan team and the final scrap figures at the end of the round were modified to take into account all values outside the ship and take into account the current scrap value multiplier (under the hood, independent of the company).
The correct player name is now displayed on the first screen of the monitor at the beginning of the round.
Map types are now randomized correctly when a new save file is launched.
Fixed an issue where the wreckage of ships was not displayed as "on board" in the client when joining. This fixes some things on the client side, including a terminal scan and extra pings to collect scrap.
[Cushions and bottles are no longer affected by lightning. This applies to all clients if the host/server player has this feature enabled.
[When new customers connect to your lobby, they can now see the correct position, rotation, and current emotion animation for each player, as well as the correct power state of the ship's lights and monitors.
When uploading files, items on the ship no longer fall off the shelves and tables. This can also be disabled.
Added a feature of changing the sensitivity of personal scanner for more reliable work.
Fixed the appearance of the scanning node of the spacecraft outside the spacecraft during the moon flight.
Fixed the situation when the sellers of items remained empty until the day passed when starting the game.
Fixed that mines remained on the map screen and were available for scanning after the explosion. Fixed several flashlight issues:
The lantern is no longer turned on or off when placed in a ship's locker (and in some other interactions with "E").
The flashlight/helmet is no longer switched off when an inactive flashlight is picked up.
The new light is switched on and the old one is switched off. If the new light’s batteries become discharged, the old light will remain on. You can disable this behavior in Settings.
You can no longer activate multiple lights at the same time. This behavior can be disabled in the configuration.
Laser pointers are no longer considered flashlights. This behavior can be disabled in the configuration.
The light will no longer turn on itself when you move or lift objects.
As a result, the battery no longer discharges randomly when the light is off.
WARNING: Players who do not use this mode may rarely not see the flashlights properly.
Fix for objects you can capture so that the navigation tip indicates that you can capture them when you can’t (for example, a shotgun in the Nutcracker, a table in the Deposit).
I will continue to add to this list as we discover things that could be improved or corrected.
Attention.
This mod allows you to move inventory slots, so if you're playing with someone who doesn't have this mod set, they might have another inventory slot that recognizes your character.
