Description.

This mod allows you to edit the player's mesh and textures without affecting the NPC.

The models and textures of all the partners (8) can be edited.

The base version 0.5 does not require other mods.

Includes the CustomRace-Ling.esp plugin and is fully compatible with Anthony Ling's hairstyle (version 1.0b and headdress modifications) when booting after CustomRace.esm.

The CustomRace-Ling.esp plugin requires Anthony Lings Coiffure 1.0b.

Due to limited ability to take screenshots and fully test new versions, there may be bugs.

To upgrade from version 0.3 or 0.4, use the upgrade instructions.

It also includes six custom presets I created and added eyelashes (using the ling plugin).

You can also optionally load a fully compatible Type 3 body and default textures (BaseHD, narrower shoulders, smaller hands) approved by Dimon99.

When editing the .nif model, use nifscope to specify the appropriate location for the textures.

Installation.

=======

1. extract the .zip file into the Fallou New Vegas/Data directory. 2.

2. Run 'CustomRace.esm' from 'Data' in the launcher.

If you want to change your character's textures or meshes, replace the files in the meshes/CustomRace and textures/CustomRace folders respectively. 4.

4. Start a new game and select Custom Race as your race. You can also use the console command 'showracemenu'.

Update.

1. download your saved game

2. use the 'showRaceMenu' console command.

3. select one of the default races

4. keep it.

5. delete the meshes/CustomRace and textures/CustomRace folders.

6. delete CustomRace.esp CustomRace.esm CustomRace-Ling.esp 7.

7. Install new version and activate plugin.

8 Download the save. 9.

9 Use the 'showRaceMenu' console command and select 'Custom Race'.

Uninstall.

1. Delete CustomRace.esp, CustomRace.esm, CustomRace-Ling.esp, Mesh/CustomRace, and Textures/CustomRace.
