About This Mod
These small changes should result in you seeing more random encounters than in Vanilla, but not as much as in other mods with random encounters. If you know when these meetings are going to happen, because they happen too often, they're not random, but they're permanent, which I think kills the immersion in the game.
The difference is that I kept the weight of random encounters from the original game, but only tried to "subtly" increase their frequency, so that they still felt natural, and the world was less empty/not too crowded.
