All celestial bodies are reduced to 1/10 of their original size
The atmosphere is reduced only on Earth (instead of the standard), and on other planets (pay attention to Jupiter ^^) - in full size. This makes lifting a little longer and lowering easier than in the KSP. But it is for realism. Delta V uses little more power than the game, so no changes to the engine are required.
The Earth rotates on an approximate Kerbino scale, so the year is 470 days and the day is 6 hours.
The orbit is reduced to a scale of 10% depending on the distance. If you scale it by the time factor (how many hours in a day), the delta-V will shift so much that with conventional engines it will be unplayable. However, this would mean that Earth would not be in the same position every year.
Terrain height: reduced by almost 25%.
Phobos and Deimos: Due to further size reduction problems, these small Mars moons are now the size of a real world with a reduced orbit around Mars.
The rotation period is reduced in time scale from Earth to Kelvin (so tidal-locked moons have longer periods in days, as Curbin has a longer year).
