About This Mod

This preset is clean, light and will give you a magnificent, bright and cinematic look.

XS2 Hogwarts offers a good basic solution for customizing your environment. However, it can also be used as is.


The nights will be darker, but not darkened. The night lights will be much more mysterious.

The sky will have a magnificent hue, and the flowers and grass will be full of contrast and bright colors.

Take a look at the screenshots to see plenty of shots before and after!


These settings are not created by combining ReShade shaders, but are configured using video and photo color correction methods.

In total, this preset uses 5 basic shaders, most of which are done through a LUT shader.


Color tables called LUT tables can apply a custom palette to an image. Very little computation is required, because it simply interprets color according to a particular color table. In addition, you will make some minor changes to the brightness, levels, and sharpness of the image.


How it is

use- This preset was made with version 5.6.0 ReShade

- You can download ReShade here: https://reshade.me/#download

- Install Reshade directly into the game folder (C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Binaries\Win64)

- Copy "XS2Hogwarts.ini" to "reshade-shaders" folder (not required, but it is easy to have all files in one place)

- Copy the file "lut_xs2hogwarts.png" to the folder

"/textures"- After starting the game you will need to press "home" to bring up the menu

ReShade- Navigate to the game folder and select "XS2Hogwarts.ini" as a preset

- Make sure you have assigned the Toggle button in the settings


This preset uses the following shaders: If you do not plan to build on this preset, these are also the only ones you need to choose when installing ReShade.
