No More Capes Shadows Fix

This mod is an extension of No More Capes's fashion and removes shadows from the cloaks that have appeared since the game's recent update.

Requires an original No More Capes mod from pyenzi03.

Simply unzip the ShaderToggler.ini file to the No More Capes mod location, most likely C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\bin

Alternatively, locate the existing ShaderToggler.ini file (in the above directory) and replace its contents with the following:
