About This Mod
The spectrum is a very secretive group. What exactly Specter does is unknown, but rumors are circulating that they are looking for a mysterious artifact called the Pendulum. According to legend, the group tries to break into the center of the zone to find a legendary artifact known as the Klondike. In addition, the group is interested in many of the Zone's other mysteries, such as the Wish Maker.
