About This Mod
Change the time and weather on the map. Completely rewritten addition "Atmosphere". Support as many cards as possible. New features in the Env_skypaint skies shaders have been used to make it easier for players and administrators to work.
For best results, you will need light_environment on the map you are using.
env_skypaint and env_sun.
